DELIVERY POLICY

Documents for review and signing will be delivered to users using third-party courier services.
This is a Door-to-Door service subject to the following:-

1. Two attempts will be made to execute the delivery.
2. The delivery driver will contact the applicant prior to delivery to ensure that someone is at the address to receive the package.
3. In order to prevent any delays please ensure that the address provided will have someone to receive the item.
4. Please sign and return the package within 2 working days, you can use the App, to schedule a pick-up once the documents and signed and available for pick-up.
5. Ensure that the documents are signed and returned within 2 working days.
6. Affix enclosed return labels on the assigned spots on the box prior to the arrival of the driver.
7. Use the Website or App to assign pick-up.
8. Ensure that the package is pick-up ready.
9. Missing deadlines for the delivery/Pick-up or return of documents will incur fees that will be assigned based on the resources to rectifying the delays.
